4. Take smaller bites.
Part 2: When to Eat
1. Eat breakfast –
Contrary to popular belief, you do not lose more weight if you skip this meal.
In fact, studies show that eating breakfast jump starts your metabolism and gets to work for the day.
2. Eat at regular intervals –
If you can, try to take your meals at the same time each day.
Eating regularly helps your body to move in a pattern that allows it to burn the right amount of calories.
3. Don’t eat in front of the TV or computer –
If you eat while watching TV or computer, you may find that you are not involved mentally in the eating.
Instead, turn off the tube and try to savor every bite you take. When you’re hungry later, you will be able to remember to eat more clearly.
