Before that, you should know that there is a GM diet soup na laging kasama sa 7-Day diet.. You can consume any amount para hindi ka magutom.

Below are the ingredients and how to prepare the diet soup.

Ingredients
Six large onions
Three medium-sized tomatoes
One cabbage
Two green peppers
A bunch of celery
Half a liter of water
Method of Preparation
Chop up the onions and peppers. In a pot, sautรฉ them in olive oil till they turn mild brown.
Next, cut up the tomatoes, celery, and cabbage, and add them to the pot along with the water.
